The Minack Theatre

The ‘mother’ of the Minack theatre was born in 1893 in Cheltenham. The death of her father in the First World War which brought the abrupt end to her life in Cheltenham. In the 1920s she moved to Cornwall and bought the headland for £100 thus the Minack was born.
